So, how does this service work?

Personal Chef Services:

Chef Angela will initially meet with you to determine a number of things. First and foremost, she wants to know about your needs. She’ll interview you about your food likes and dislikes, dietary needs, lifestyle and how often you’d best benefit from a cooking session. She’ll also assess your kitchen so that she can plan how to be the most efficient while working. Together, you will agree on a cooking schedule, including how often, what day and time.

After that meeting, Chef Angela will send you a customized menu prior to your cooking session. On your cooking day, Chef Angela goes around town to shop for the freshest ingredients from local businesses.

Finally, she comes to your house and starts cooking delicious, nourishing meals for you! All of these freshly cooked meals are placed in containers and either frozen or refrigerated. They are labeled with easy heating instructions. Chef Angela cleans up and leaves your kitchen sparkling clean! At your convenience, you simply heat the meals and enjoy!

Private Culinary Instruction:

Cooking lessons are done in the privacy of your home for just you or a group of friends. All levels and ages are welcome. Chef Angela tailors a two to three hour program or multiple sessions according to your needs. For the best learning experience, please limit groups to 8 participants.
